A mutual friend of ours mentioned me on your Facebook post about ‘What N20,000 can do in the life of an undergraduate’. As one of the beneficiaries of the N20,000 award, I invested N10,000 in advancing my makeup training and the other N10,000 I gave to a friend to complete her training fee for her bakery and confectionery class, and today, her business is growing. Today, I’m not just a makeup artist, I’m also a beauty consultant who is also currently undergoing training for body care products.

In January 2017, Kemi Obaditan made a post about providing help to 5 undergraduates. I was excited about the opportunity because I had spent my allowance to grow my social enterprise Iranwo Foundation. I sent a mail, provided the necessary information and I was selected to be part of the people that received the 20,000 gifts. This gift is one of the reasons why I graduated successfully because I was in my final year, it is also one of the reasons why my nonprofit still stands. I am forever grateful
